No refunds once the commission is underway.

We start on commissions only when 100% of the payment is received. For higher commissions, payment plan can be discussed.

We recommend picture references, not only based on text descriptions. The more detailed, the better the result. (Such references include a drawn character sheet, expressions, poses).

We will send you a quote based on the details of the commission, and once agreed, we will send a TOS agreement (That you will need to agree to) via email. After that an invoice will be sent to you seeking payment. Once this is paid, then only will we start on the commission.

PayPal and Stripe (preferred) payments accepted. All payments will be made through invoice only.

Commissions will take around 3-4 weeks, if you have a deadline in mind please let us know so we can accommodate that.

We will post finished commissions on our social medias, unless a privacy agreement is discussed prior.

Personal commissions cannot be used for any commercial purposes, this includes merchandising, YouTube/Twitch Banners, Novel Art, etc. Commercial purposes such as these require a commercial license, this would need to be discussed prior. (Note that this can entail 100%, 200%, 300% price increase depending on the commercial usage)

We can refuse the commission if we are uncomfortable.
